Nursing service in the Boer War

Sister Florence ABRAHAM does not appear on the medal rolls for South Africa, but the 1901 census shows her working as a military nurse at the Devonport Military Hospital3.

After the Boer War

The 1911 Census shows Florence as a civilian nurse working at Nettleton House, Caistor, Lincolnshire4, so it is unlikely she continued in a military career.
